Introducing VICTORIA GREGORY

University Attending In Fall 2010: CSU Northridge
Intended Major: Undeclared
Victoria’s Dreams: “Attending California State University Northridge will help me attain my dreams.   In college I look forward to getting my teaching credential, and will take a wide variety of classes to help me become the best possible teacher I can be.  The challenge of college and all that comes with it known and unknown is exciting. Moving away from home is also scary and exciting but I look forward to it.”

Introducing ARIELLE WILBURN

University Will Be Attending In Fall 2010: Azusa Pacific
Intended Major: Clinical Psychology
Arielle’s Dreams: “I chose the field of psychology because above all of my other passions, I also have a certain drive to help people and reach people, specifically children, in ways they have yet to be reached.  I find that since there are so many children and young people in the world who are lacking love, affection and someone to actually have a genuine interest in them, that I want to become a psychologist in order to reach into the lives of these forgotten ones bringing them hope and direction.”

To purchase tickets for the San Francisco Giants vs. Chicago Cubs fundraiser event on August 10, 2010, click the flyer above or the Donate button below and follow the instructions. Each ticket costs $20, of which $10 will go directly to By Any Dreams Necessary.  Your tickets will be waiting for you under your name in will-call at AT&T Park.

*Please Note: By Any Dreams Necessary will determine how many tickets to leave at Will Call  based on the amount of  $20 increments that you donate.

Join us on August 10th for an evening at the ballpark. Come out with your friends and family to support By Any Dreams Necessary and the San Francisco Giants. Tickets will only cost $20 and half of the proceeds will go directly to By Any Dreams Necessary.  Ticket information and further details will be available next week.

This morning we  awarded $500 awards to two students.  These two young women from the Bay Area were the first ever recipients of the By Any Dreams Necessary College Scholarship.

Two $500 scholarships will be awarded on June 7th.

The May 14th Scholarship application deadline is around the corner and students’ applications have begun to arrive.

Since posting a letter to the public asking for support  just over a week ago, By Any Dreams Necessary has received a tremendous amount of positive energy and encouragement from the community. Thank you to all of you who have donated.   If you haven’t yet donated, please consider doing so… any amount helps.

The By Any Dreams Necessary art & education movement is growing…  Please continue to spread the word.
